Fortune Information System,Co.,Ltd (FIS)was founded in June 1982, entering the OTC market in December 1999 and the listed market in September 2001(#2468). At present, FIS's total capital amounts to NT 1,070,000,000; paid-in capital is NT 684,346,200; the scale of annual revenue has amounted to more than NT. 2000 millions. The organization scale of the whole enterprise group is: the headquarter of FIS System,Co.,Ltd locates in Nei-Hu Business Building, and our branches locate in several places such as Chung-Li, Tai-Chung and Kao-Hsiung. Our company invested in enterprises such as Ward-Pro Information Co.,Ltd  and IPAC Technologies Inc (Both headquarters are in Taipei), Shanghai Logichain Technologies Inc and Shanghai WorldTrend Integrated Technologies Inc(Both companies are in Shanghai), FIS in Hong-Kong , SPSS HK, Hong-Kong Imagetek Information Technology CO. Ltd and Beijing Hua-Sun Imagetek Information Technology CO. Ltd.
